At Twenty Ten Collective, we create products designed to last, built with purposeful construction and premium materials. If your order isn't quite right, we want to make the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
The Conditions of Return
To keep our community standard high, all returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, resalable condition.
- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all product tags fully attached.
- Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, undergarments and custom-printed capsule items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

Returns & Exchanges
How much does a return cost?
Exchanges: All size or color exchanges are completely free of charge.
Refunds: A flat return shipping fee of £3.50 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover return courier costs.
How long does a refund take to process?
Once your return parcel arrives back at our facility, please allow 3–5 working days for our team to inspect the items and process the return. Approved refunds will be issued immediately back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to clear into your account.
What should I do if an item is faulty?
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and high-impact integrity. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please do not use the standard returns portal. Instead, contact our concierge team directly at contact@twentytencollective.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it for you immediately.
