Shipping & Delivery
At Twenty Ten Collective, we aim to get your garments from our facility to your wardrobe as efficiently as possible. We process and dispatch all orders with the same high-impact integrity we apply to our manufacturing.
Order Processing
Dispatch Times:
All orders placed before 3:00 PM BST, Monday through Friday, are processed same day. They are then dispatched within 3 workings days. Orders placed after this cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the following business day.
Launch & Capsule Drops:
During high-volume periods or new capsule drops, please allow an additional 24–48 hours for our team to process and pack your order.
UK Domestic Delivery
We offer two standard tiers for domestic shipping within the United Kingdom:
Standard Delivery (Tracked 48)
Cost: £3.99 (Free on orders over £100)
Timeframe: 2–3 business days from dispatch.
Express Delivery (Tracked 24)
Cost: £6.50
Timeframe: 1–2 business days from dispatch.
International Shipping
International Standard (Tracked)
Cost: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on your exact location and parcel weight.
Timeframe:
Typically 5–10 business days from dispatch.
Duties & Taxes:
Please note that all international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You are responsible for any local import duties, customs taxes, or clearance fees levied by your country's border authorities.
Tracking Your Order
Total autonomy over your delivery. As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey live. You can also login to your account here.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we partner with premium couriers, occasional transit delays can happen. If your tracking link has not updated for over 5 business days, please reach out to our concierge team at contact@twentytencollective.com with your order number, and we will investigate it for you immediately.
